We woke up to SNOW this morning! We weren't expecting it! Daddy made it into work, but called to let us know he thought we should take a snow day! While the snow was melting on the road quickly, as it was being driven on, it was only 15 degrees, and it would refreeze instantly. We decided to stay home. Smart choice, I heard about people slipping and sliding all around the Dallas area.
Since we had gotten up and around to go to school, we were outside playing by 8:15. I also decided to grab my camera and practice taking some pictures out of "auto" mode!
Chloe came out and played with us for a bit!
Cleaning the snow off Mommy's car!
It was really dry powdery snow! No snowmen or snowballs!
Sophie was raking the snow!
Sutton was laughing and smiling the whole time! The cold barely seemed to affect him!
Sophie loved it, too, but she wasn't smiling and laughing as much!
She was quite cold!
Sutton tried out his scooter in the snow....worked well!

Mischievous Sutton collected snow in his butterfly net and is chasing Sophie!

Sophie thought they were just running a race, but Sutton's trying to get her with a snowball!

Taking a ride on the four wheeler together....heading inside! They had enough snow!
After dinner tonight, Daddy taught Sutton how to make a s'more! He enjoyed it very much!
