At the beginning of April the Dallas area OSU Alumni group hosted an OSU day at the Fort Worth Zoo. We thought the kids would love to go to the zoo again AND meet Pistol Pete. We were right, well, about going to the zoo. Sutton especially talked about meeting Pistol Pete for days, but seeing him in real life was a whole different story! You know, Pistol Pete is pretty scaring looking, especially when his head is bigger than you!!! Neither one of them wanted anything to do with taking a pictures. After the catered lunch, I finally bribed Sutton with a treat to get him to agree to snap these two pictures!!! You can tell how thrilled Sutton and Sophie were!
On another note, we got a lot more pictures while at the zoo, but I have had a little mishap. While transferring all the pictures from Easter, the zoo and my birthday, they didn't end up in the intended location......and I haven't found them. I'm sure I just need to ask Chris to help me, and he will find them lickty split.....but I haven't faced up to the music yet.
Sooooooo, Chris, would you help me find those pictures somewhere on my mess of a computer!!! Smooch, Love ya!!!
