While we in Ponca City visiting family last June, we all helped with a garage sale for my parents and Megan! I'm not sure I would list a garage sale in Oklahoma in June as one of my favorite things to do! We were having so much fun playing throughout the week that we were there, that we didn't get in gear to start organizing things until Friday afternoon. (The sale was on Saturday!) Thankfully we had garage sale experts on hand...The Strongs. One of the benefits of moving around with the Air Force every few years, makes them experts at getting rid of stuff that you don't need anymore. With so many people helping, we managed to get it done. I'm so glad sisters were there, or I might have gone in for a "rest" and never come back out!
The kiddos did have fun playing with Kristen, Megan and my old toys! It was fun to see some of the stuff too! Brought back a lot of old fun memories!!!
Chris also drove up from working all week, and brought his Dad's BIG trailer. Chris and David spent half a day loading it with stuff to haul to the dump. Mom and Dad are living a little lighter now!!!
