While we were in Piedmont, we did NOT receive the GREAT snow of Christmas 2012. Of course they did get a beautiful white covering snow back home....but .....well, we didn't.
Still, it was enough for Sutton and Sophie to beg to go outside and play.
Being poor little pitiful Texas children, they do not have appropriate snow gear. They both had to wear a scarf of Grandma's, and Sophie got to wear her sequin sparkle boots....(take a wild gues...they aren't made for the snow!) Poor Sutton didn't even have boots, just an old pair of shoes. Since there wasn't much snow, it didn't really matter.
They had a blast outside with Daddy, Chloe and Maggie.
Of course Sutton had to run over and see the horses!
Sophie moved a little slower with all the layers on!
Once they had enough, they came in wet and hungry!
On a side note, while we were getting Sophie out of her wet clothes. She said she wanted to go pee pee on the potty. So Chris put her on the potty and she did!!! WOWZA!!! (she hasn't showed any more interest, though!)
