Snow, Snow, Snow
Last Sunday we had SNOW here in Texas! It snowed big beautiful snowflakes. Sutton was so excited to go play in it. But the poor little guy had the typical Southern US snow gear.....ummm not much that was appropriate to wear in the snow! So we bundled him up the best we could...a pair of footie pj's under jeans and a hoodie sweatshirt. He does have a good winter coat and hat! So he also had his coat on, the hoodie hood and his hat, two pairs of gloves, a pair of socks over his footie pj's and a pair of his shoes. Well....he may have had a funny outfit on, but he did not care. He was READY to go outside and play!

When it snowed here, last year, I put Emma in a bathroom trashbag (to her waist), cut up the middle and taped around ankles and thighs. Her legging, trashbag, sweatpants sandwich kept Her dry and warm. I also put sandwich bags on her feet-- between 2 pairs of socks and I just let her wear her crocs. Big hit and much cheaper than a snow suit ;). Jealous of your big flakes!!! Emma would have had a blast!!!!!
