39 Week Check Up

We can't believe that it is already week 39!!! Less than a week to go now! Sometimes it has gone by VERY slow, others....VERY fast! Our appointment with Dr. Halderman went very well. Everything looked good. I was dilated to almost a 3 and still around 75% effaced. She asked if we wanted to induce....and I said we would rather not. So we did decided to go ahead a schedule an induction date for Monday, December 13th, if nothing has happened by then. Sophie's due date is Dec. 8th. I believe she will come before the 13th!!!

Meanwhile, we are celebrating Chris' birthday this weekend...it's actually Dec 6th! I think some of us are kind of hoping that she will come in the next couple of days. Chris and his Grandma Tippett actually share the same birthday, Dec. 6th, and we think it would be neat if Sophie was born then! Also, my Grandpa O'Neill's birthday was Dec. 5th, along with my friend, Sherry's little boy, and our wonderful pastor. But, Sophie will decide which date is right for her.
