HAPPY BIRTHDAY, sweet little man!!!
Dear Sutton Monroe,
Today is your 1st birthday, October 2, 2009. Your Daddy and I just cannot believe that a whole year has gone by since you joined our family. We can't even begin to tell you all the feelings we have about you, but I'll try to put them into a few words!
We love you more than words can say. You are so special to us, and we would not trade any of the time we've had with you, for anything else.
You make us laugh, sometimes, when you are screaming your little head off. You think it's the end of the world, but it isn't, and sometimes we just think that scrunched up screaming faces is just hilarious!!! (sometimes it just drives us crazy!)
You make us feel like the best parents in the world when you squeal with delight, as we come in the room. We know that won't last forever, but PLEASE keep up a pretense for as long as you can.
You drive me crazy when you insist on waking up before 6:30am. Don't you realize your Mommy needs her beauty sleep!
Our hearts melt, when you wake us up SO early in the morning , and you are SO excited to see us come get you out of your crib!
The way you chase Belle around the house is hilarious. She turns and runs, it take you about 2 seconds to realize, stop, turn around and chase after her in the other direction.
We love you sloppy, open mouthed, wet kisses!
The way you are overly eager for ANY food, makes us laugh. You would think we starved you.
These are just a handful of things, Sutton......

Happy birthday Sutton!!! We cannot believe you are already a year old! And, Sara, I laugh because Grant will be wearing the exact same outfit on his birthday! Too funny! Happy celebrating such a wonderful milestone! Love you guys.
