Well, this is a week late, since we are now at 36 weeks, but lots of people have been asking how things are going. Sorry I haven't been quick at updating!!!
We had our 35 week appointment last Monday. Thank goodness, once again, it was a very smooth visit!!! Dr. Chambers checked Sutton's heart rate, and it was 170 bmp. Quite a bit faster than his previous checks. But this appointment was also in the afternoon, where as all other appointments had been in the morning, and I'd probably had some sugar for lunch!!! I guess it got him all riled up!!! She also said that I am dilated to a 1! I told Chris, only 9cm to go!!! We are on our way!!! Dr. Chambers told us to come back in two weeks, which is next Monday! So I'll give another update then!!! Meanwhile, Sutton is growning just fine, and quite active and squished!!! He moves around a lot. We also think he is going to take after his Papa, my Dad, in hiccups!!! (we always teased Dad in how many times he had the hiccups and how loud they were!!!) He has them all the time, it seems. Since Sunday evening, he's had the hiccups at least 6 times (Sutton, not my Dad...that I know of).
